Cheyene joined the WTVC team in late October 2019, but she has worked in the pet industry all her life. It all started with her Grandmother’s pet store. Cheyene started working weekends and after school until she graduated to managing the store’s daily operations. From that she realized how valuable understanding your pet’s nutritional needs could be in providing answers to everyday challenges they may encounter. She utilized this knowledge as well as the positive impact of using pheromones, like Feliway, when fostering “special needs” cats for Columbia County Humane Society. It only made sense that when she decided to move to Madison and met Dr. Ken that the “stars aligned” and she joined the team!
